"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens
can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."

Founding Trustees Anna Loizeaux, VT with Solja Boy
& Dr. Stacia Boswell, VMD with Matilda

The foundation trustees, Dr. Stacia Boswell, VMD and Anna Loizeaux, VT, have extensive hands on
experience as they initiated and ran the on-site Low-Cost Spay/Neuter (LCSN) Program at
St. Croix's Animal Shelter.  With this program running only 2 days a week, they managed
to completed over 3,000 spay/neuter procedures in its first year and a half of operation.

The Sunshine Foundation will keep these excellent figures,
to make a difference for our island's pet overpopulation problem.
Using our 4 programs
we hope to help the community and make a tangible difference for our island.

If Pet Overpopulation is a 'Disease,' Spay/Neuter is the 'Cure!'

If there was a disease that was killing over 3,000 companion animals a year,
the veterinary medical community would be quickly searching for a cure!

Pet Overpopulation is this 'disease' on St. Croix!
Over 3,000 dogs and cats are killed each year because there simply aren't enough homes.

Lets all work to 'cure' this disease and put an END to pet overpopulation with spay/neuter!

Operation: END Overpopulation
At our Low-Cost, High-Volume Spay/Neuter Clinic we create the opportunity
for ALL of St. Croix's community to afford to have their pets spayed and neutered.
We can ALL work together to put an END to pet overpopulation on our island!
